10,000 Challenge

So been a while. Still around, still working out.  So going to start tracking my workouts here.  Currently starting a challenge called the 10,000 Challenge.  Goal is to completes 10,000 push ups, 10,000 air squats and 10,000 step ups.

No rules on type, depth or or date to complete them by, just all about volume and movement.  The only rule is that I can't workout for more than 40 minutes towards the goal each day.  We will see how long it takes me.

Monday
40 Min. AMRAP
10 Air Squats
10 Push Ups
