Conditioning:
28 Minutes (7 rounds) EMOM
Minute A: 12 Burpees
Minute B: 12 Knees 2 Elbows
Minute C: 12 KB Swings (50#)
Minute D: 12 Hands Off Push Ups
Round 4, 5, and 6 went up to 13, 14, and 15 reps each minute. Got spicy in round 6.
