Conditioning:
20 Minutes EMOM
Minute A: 10 x Burpees
Minute B: 10 x HSPU
Minute C: 10 x KB Swings (50#)
Minute D: 10 x Strict Chin Ups

Not to taxing just putting in work and more skill focused with building comfort with medium volume over duration of time.
