5 x Weight pull ups (25#)

Testing the knee a bit.

Conditioning:
4 Rounds
21 x KB swings (50#)
15 x K2E
12 x Weight lunges (35# KB each arm)

Everything felt a bit rough today, maybe a residual effect from yesterday.
