Conditioning:
Crossfit Open WOD 11..4
10 Min AMRAP
60 Bar facing burpees
30 OH squats (105#)
10 Muscle ups

Forgot the exact number, but I believe that I got 12-15 OH squats.  Weight on the squats is on the heavier side especially after that many burpees.
