Conditioing:
Murph
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Sit Ups
Run 1 Mile

With ~30lb make shift weighted back pack.

(A little over 69 minutes)

The extra weight took what's a hard workout to something that was at a whole other level.  Wanted to quit several times but kept plugging away.
