Endurance:
8 x 400m Run (2 min/break)
All at 1 min 42 sec pace.

Conditioning:
5 x Deadlift
10 x Knees 2 elbows
10 x KB swings (50#)


Took my time on the conditioning today, the intervals were not as fluid as usual.  Cardiovascular fitness was fine just the stride felt short and choppy.
