5 x strict chin up
10 x hands off push ups
15 x sit ups


Conditioning:
5 Rounds
5 x Strict press (109#)
10 x pull ups
15 x sit ups

Cool down:
10 minutes elliptical

Knee feeling better but staying patient and staying away from squats.
