Overhead squat 5 x 5
(45 - 65 - 75 - 89 - 99)
Decided it was time to take the leap and incorporate overhead squats into the strength training. Going to try and compete (for fun) in the crossfit open and figured I should work on my weaknesses.
Endurance:
Row 5k (22 mins 50 secs)
Relaxed and easy.
