Endurance:
10 x 400m Run (w/ 2 min break after each)
All between 1:39 to 1:41

Day before the the dreaded rest day, yep that's right time to let the body recover a bit.  I really love this workout.  Need to start steadily dropping down the times.  Feeling like sub 6 min mile is coming here soon.
