Conditioning:
10 Rounds
1 Clean & Jerk (141#)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

C&J form is wanting, kept  getting few inches from the top and had to press it out.  Took a lot of extra energy.  I decided not to time it but it was in the fifteen minute range.
