Conditioning:
8 Rounds  (One round every 3 1/2 minutes)
Run 400m
5 x Back Squat (155#)

Running on a treadmill so a little easier than running outside, went from 1:52 first round to 1:18 the last round, descending around five seconds on each run.  Back squat is definitely getting stronger
