So just having some fun today in between work and chores.

Endurance:

Jog 1 mile

4 x 400m (EMO3M) Every three minutes run. (1 min 45 sec pace)

then

3 Rounds
Row 500m
Run 400m

Active rest day to give the muscles some rest.  One more conditioning day then taking a real rest day.
