Wednesday 8/3

Some light running followed by some strength training.  Legs are feeling a bit roughed up from the last few days but a few miles of running and I was feeling good.

2 mile run/jog

Strength
Dead lift (5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5)
205 - 205 - 205 - 205 - 205

Push Press (5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5)
125 - 125 - 125 - 125 -125

Felt good, used 70-75% of 1RM.
